National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial
We realize our wedding weekend falls on one of the most significant days of remembrance for Americans. The 9/11 Memorial at the Pentagon is a truly peaceful place. We encourage all to take a moment out of the weekend to remember our fallen brothers and sisters.
Old Town
Taking a stroll around historic Old Town Alexandria is a must - the bustling shops and restaurants of King Street, the romantic cobblestoned side streets, and the beautiful waterfront esplanade. Fun Fact: Greta went to grade school at St. Mary's on the southern end of Old Town!

A perfect way to spend a day soaking up local and national history. Plus, the drive down the GW Parkway is always a beautiful treat itself!

Georgetown
Georgetown is one of DC's most beautiful neighborhoods. Shopping, strolling the streets, or hanging at one of the waterfront bars on a sunny day is always a good idea.
