All Hawaiian islands have different travel rules in place due to Covid but LUCKILY Kauai is one of the islands with less restrictions. A Negative Covid Test is all that is required prior to travel to avoid the mandatory 10-day self-quarantine if you are not vaccinated. The test must be taken 72 hours prior to your last leg departure to Kauai. Click on the link for continuous updates as we will also do our part to provide updates until the Wedding. https://www.gohawaii.com/travel-requirements Also, the new deadline for REAL ID (Travel ID) has now been extended to May 3, 2023! Not required for this travel.

Ubers and Lyft are available on Kauai (though they are more limited than the mainland). There are also a few taxi services available, however not all accept credit cards, so be sure to have cash on hand. You may also want to consider renting a car, particularly if you're planning on doing lots of exploring. As for the wedding, we will provide round-trip trolley transportation to and from the wedding venue! There is parking available at The Beach House, so you are welcome to drive yourself. Schedule for Trolley - TBD We have also scheduled round-trip transportation for guests who will be joining us on the Na’Pali Coast Boat Tour.
Like any tropical island, you can probably expect some scattered showers, a cool breeze, and some humidity. Luckily the South Shore of the island is Kauai's dryest side. Average Temperatures in March High 72 degrees // Low 56 degrees
Though we love the little ones, we hope you understand that our ceremony and reception space is limited. We have thus decided to make Thursday an 'Adults Only' evening (with the exception of a few). Let this be an opportunity for you to let your hair down and enjoy a special occasion away from home!
We are not! We are just so thankful that you have booked a trip, to an island, in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, to celebrate our love and our family becoming one. Just bring your charming smile and your best dance moves! We hope you can participate in the events we have scheduled! For any guests who are unable to attend our Wedding and would like to gift us a wedding present, please see our Registry tab.
We figured we better include these little tidbits ... Like most other states, it is illegal to have alcohol on the sandy beaches of Hawaii, particularly alcohol in glass containers. However IF you happen to spill some rum into your tumbler, you will be fine. Use a koozie for your White Claw and if you bring a cooler to the beach, just layer its contents appropriately :) Along those same lines, all of the Hawaiian islands have an outdoor noise ordinance after 10:00 PM. At that time, bring the shenanigans inside.
Formal invitations will be mailed out closer to the wedding. At that time, we will open up the RSVP tab on our website.
