WEDDING DAY SCHEDULE CEREMONY: Arrive at 5:00 PM Ceremony Begins at 5:30 PM The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on a beautiful grassy island by the water. Guests will cross a charming, small bridge to reach the ceremony site- a truly special and serene setting. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 5:00PM to find a comfortable spot and soak in the stunning surroundings before the ceremony begins. 6:00 PM Cocktail Hour Join us on the patio for drinks and appetizers as the sun sets. 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM Reception The celebration continues indoors with dinner, dancing, and unforgettable moments shared with friends and family. SHUTTLE INFORMATION: A shuttle bus will be available for guests. When you RSVP, please indicate how many in your party plan to take the shuttle. Pick up will be at 4:30 PM OUTSIDE THE GRAND ENTRANCE OF THE HASSAYAMPA INN on MARINA STREET. For guests staying at other nearby hotels, the pickup spot is a short walk from those locations.

For those who are still in town Sunday morning, we have the patio at Gurley St Grill reserved from 9-11am. Nothing formal-we just wanted to secure a place for anyone who might want to get together before winding down the weekend. Stop by for coffee, breakfast or just to say goodbye.
