Question

In light of COVID-19, how do you plan to celebrate safely?

Answer

For our guest's safety, we are requiring everyone to submit proof of COVID vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test to be taken within 3 days prior to our reception. Please submit results to kingwedding0702@gmail.com. IMPORTANT: If your negative COVID-19 test is not submitted prior to the reception, you will not be able to attend the celebration. If you are vaccinated, please send proof of vaccination by Saturday, August 21st. Your temperature will be checked before entering the venue. Also, there are designated persons to check and make sure you had submitted your vaccination card or negative test. There will be NO exceptions to these guidelines. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided. Everyone's health and safety is our priority. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. We have listed a few hotels in Beaufort, SC, not far from Dataw Island. Please see the TRAVEL section of our wedding website for more information. We strongly encourage our guests to make reservations as soon as possible. Hotels in and around Beaufort, SC will be in high demand during the month of September, which is a very busy graduation season for members of the U.S. Military.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please indicate your dietary restrictions when you RSVP for the wedding.
