UPDATE: All King bed rooms in the blocks are reserved. If you would like one or a different room than a double queen, call the hotel directly. You may not be in the hotel block but you will still be close to all the action as it's a small hotel! There are room blocks available, see details below. All rooms are $152.15 per night for Friday and Saturday, total with tax for 2 nights is $346.14. Check-in is at 3, check-out at 12. Under Zuidema there are 25 double queen rooms. Book by calling 1-800-753-3757 and give confirmation code #5136B240479244. Under Golas there are 10 King rooms with pull-out couch/sitting area and 10 double queen beds. If you'd like a different kind of bed or size of room, call the hotel directly at 1-315-231-5080 and book separately, however the room rate is not guaranteed. All rooms have free WiFi, free breakfast, mini-fridge, microwave, AC, and a bathtub/shower.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Venue and Venue to Hotel

The 56 person coach bus will begin pick up in the hotel parking lot at La Quinta Verona at 4:30PM 5:00PM. If you miss the bus, plan to drive to the venue. Cars can be left overnight and picked up in the morning! Beginning at 10PM the bus will begin bringing people back to the hotel every 30 mins or as needed. There is also a supplemental shuttle provided by the venue, but it will likely contain other wedding's guests (there is more than one venue on site) and may not go directly to La Quinta. PLEASE make use of one of these services if you plan on drinking, we want everyone to have a great time and stay safe!

Travel by Car

The venue and hotel are located just off of highway Rt 90, which runs east to west. Is it about 45 minutes east of Syracuse and 1.5 hours west of Albany. From further out, it is about 2.5 hours east of Buffalo and 4.5 hours west of Boston. Additionally, it is about 8 hours north from Richmond, VA. Pro tip: if coming from Boston the last rest stop in MA is Blandford (and Lindsay's hometown!). There is not another one until after Albany, which is a little over an hour away. Also options are limited foodwise at the stops, so unless McD's, BK, or Roy Rogers is on your list, pack snacks!

Parking at Venue

Parking is available at the venue. If you leave you car overnight, which is perfectly ok, please remove it by 12 the next day.

Flight

Buffalo (BUF) or Syracuse (SYR)

Flights into Buffalo are likely to be lower cost, but the drive is 2.5 hours to the hotel.
