Question

It's a pandemic, is this group event really gonna happen?

Answer

We sure hope so! The pandemic has been going for over two years now, and there are changes daily in how to best keep our communities safe while also still finding ways to come together and celebrate. We take very seriously the health of all of you and everyone that we come into contact with. As the wedding date gets closer, look here for up to date information on what precautions we plan on taking.

Question

Will there be childcare available?

Answer

On Saturday night, we plan to have childcare available in the Lodge from 5pm-10pm. Please let us know how many kids you have, their ages, and if they have any dietary restrictions. We will make sure they are fed! If you prefer to have them at the dinner and reception, please let us know.

Question

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

Suttle Lodge is a dog friendly property! If your dog behaves well with other dogs, we would love to have your furry friend join us! Please let us know if you plan to bring your furry friends.

Question

Alcohol Policy

Answer

The Suttle Lodge has restrictions regarding outside alcohol, and they don't want to lose their liquor license, so please don't bring outside alcohol to service areas during service hours. That means you can have your own booze in the cabins and by the bonfires, but you can't bring that special bottle of tequila to the dance floor! Service areas include the Skip Bar and Restaurant in the Lodge, the back deck, the gazebo and big lawn area. They will confiscate it and we may get fined. Boo.
