Aspen / Pitkin County Airport (ASE)

The Aspen airport will be by far the easiest place to fly in and out of, though flights are limited and tend to be pricey. Rental cars are available at the airport and most hotels offer airport shuttles (including The Aspen Meadows, The Gant and The Limelight) .

Denver International Airport (DIA)

Flying into DIA is the best option if you would like to spend time in Denver / on the Front Range. DIA is a large airport with many daily flights from around the world and more affordable airfare. Denver is about a 3.5-4 hour drive from Aspen. *Please note: if driving from Denver, we recommend taking I-70 through the Glenwood Canyon, rather than driving over Independence Pass if you have never driven over Independence.

Eagle County Regional Airport

Eagle is a small airport near Vail, Colorado. It is only 1.5 hours away from Aspen by car. There are limited daily flights to and from Eagle, but it is worth looking into if you are interested in visiting Vail or having a shorter drive!

Grand Junction Regional Airport

Grand Junction is a another great option to look into and is only 2 hours from Aspen by car.

The Limelight Hotel is located in downtown Aspen, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, hikes, parks, etc. We will have a shuttle from The Limelight to T-Lazy-7 on 5/29.

Aspen Meadows Resort

The Aspen Meadows Resort is a secluded hotel, located in the West End, near downtown Aspen. There are shuttles provided to / from the airport and into downtown Aspen. Amenities such as clay tennis courts, a swimming pool, fitness center and beautiful campus grounds are some of the reasons why we love this option.

The Gant

The Gant is a great option for groups of 4-6 adults who would like to stay together. It is close to town and shuttle service around town and to the airport is included.

Airbnb or VRBO

There are numerous Airbnb options throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, which would be a great option depending on your needs. We recommend looking into houses / condos in Aspen, Snowmass Village (15-20 min drive), Basalt (25 min drive -- also where Rachel's parents live!) or Carbondale (40 min drive). All of these towns are unique in their own way and would be a lovely location. Please note, if staying in an airbnb, a rental car will likely be necessary and you may need to drive to / from T-Lazy-7 or meet at one of the shuttle stops.

There will be a shuttle to / from the T-Lazy-7 wedding reception on 5/29. The shuttle will pick up at the Aspen Meadows, the Gant and the Limelight Hotel. We will ask guests to sign up for a specific time so that we can get everyone up to the venue on time!

Aspen is very walkable if staying in town and has an awesome free bus system and bike share system (WE cycle) so you will be able to get around without a car, but we recommend renting a car if you are not flying directly into Aspen.
