Amanda and Caroline met during their OB residency where they were classmates (Best Class Ever!). They quickly became close friends and bonded over their love of dancing to NSYNC/BSB at parties, cooking from their CSA and just general shenanigans. Amanda relies on Caroline for her amazing party planning skills and ability to bring people together. They have very opposite tastes in movies, however.
Emily Rosen

Emily and Amanda went to medical school together in Vermont, but didn't know each other until they were both residents at the University of Wisconsin. Emily and Amanda first became friends when they worked the night shift together on labor and delivery for a month early in Emily's intern year. Emily was an amazing intern who needed little direction/supervision, which made Amanda like her very much! ;) They've been great friends ever since and Amanda considers Emily to be one of her best friends!
Janessa Rohrbach

Janessa is a lover of love! Another one of Amanda's residency classmates, Janessa was instrumental in helping to pick out Amanda's engagement ring and plan Matt's proposal. Amanda considers Janessa to be one of her closest friends and adores her eternal optimism and love of country music!
Emily Tyl

Emily is Matt's sister and Amanda can't wait for them to be sisters, too! Amanda and Emily instantly bonded over their love of cute dogs and Pokemon Go!
Jill Masana
Bridesmaid
Jill and Amanda first met when Amanda was in medical school rotating at UW and then they became good friends in residency and are now partners at Associated Physicians. Jill was two years ahead of Amanda and taught her important things like where to find ice cream in the middle of the night at Meriter, and how to go calorie-neutral by walking on the treadmill and eating popcorn at the same time. Amanda considers Jill to be one of her closest friends and can't wait to have her standing next to her at her wedding....although she still doesn't forgive Jill for convincing her "night-float nausea" is a real condition.
Sam Zidovetzki

Sam is best friends with both Amanda and Matt. Matt and Sam were Emergency Medicine residents together at UW and Amanda and Sam became close friends while rotating on OB as interns. Sam is one of those very genuine people who you can always count on and is always up for a good time. Amanda and Matt couldn't imagine anyone more perfect to marry them!

Brian was Matt's first arch nemesis. Now he's cool. He likes to fly planes.

Groomsman
Pabst is no stranger to weddings (pictured right). Obvious recruit. Matt and Pabst first started partying in 2003.
Paul Estrada
Groomsman
The most handsome of the groomsmen. Paul boasts 17 inch biceps.
Aaron Ho
Groomsman
Matt first met Aaron in September of 2013 on their cardiology rotation in residency. Matt inspired Aaron to become a cardiologist (not interventional- don't be impressed). He also has a side gig as a soft serve cone.
Kevin Schwartz

Definitely the coolest guy in the wedding party since he's known Matt the least amount of time. He will be forced to hangout for the next 50+ years.
