This is one of THE biggest farmers markets in the midwest and an iconic Madison activity. The market wraps around the entire capitol square and boasts farm fresh vegetables, cheeses and pastries. Stella's Hot and Spicy Cheese Bread is a must! Open from 6am-2pm Saturday

Dane County Farmers' Market

Nothing is as loved in Wisconsin quite as much as Badger football. The Badgers take on their rivals, the Fighting Illini of the University of Illinois at 11am on Saturday (also Matt's alma mater...Go Badgers!! ;) It's unfortunately an away game, but there are no shortage of bars that you can belly up to and catch the game. Check out The Old Fashioned on the capitol square or Lucky's 1313 or Jordan's Big Ten Pub near Camp Randall for the ultimate Big 10, Sconnie experience! On Wisconsin!
