What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00 pm to be seated in a timely fashion, the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Get ready to dance the night away! Semi-formal with a disco twist; dress to impress with a bit of sparkle and fun! [Bridal party will be wearing green] Please no jeans & white is reserved for the bride.

Can I bring a date?

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only for those listed on the invite.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event, with few exceptions to immediate family, so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are three hotels located close to the venue. We have a block of hotel rooms at the Staybridge Suites - Lincolnshire. Please see the 'Travel' tab for link to hotel block.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue for those travelling.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Staybridge Suites, the hotel with the room block, is the building next to the venue; no driving required! Book a room and you can walk back to the hotel after the celebration. You can park at the hotel and walk next door to The Birchstone for the ceremony and reception.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all taking place on site at our venue. No driving or transportation required.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Our wedding party will be dancing the night away in an array of greens and black. While not strictly prohibited, be aware you may blend with the wedding party if you select those colors.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please use the RSVP link to accept or decline your invitation as well as select your dinner entree.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know in the RSVP if there is any allergies to be aware of - including vegetarian and gluten free requests! We want to keep everyone safe.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We appreciate everyone celebrating with us for our special day but if you would like to contribute a gift we are registered with Amazon. Please see registry tab for link and QR code.
