Question
What time should we arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Arrive at 4pm to enjoy a welcome drink and get seated for our ceremony which will begin promptly at 4:30.

How should we get to the venue?
Answer
Botanica is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from our room block hotels. Shuttle transportation will be provided from The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa to the venue. Pick-up will be located on the south side of the hotel (opposite the main entrance). Please plan to arrive by 3:15 PM, as shuttles will depart promptly at 3:30 PM. For guests staying at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oceanside Beach, the hotel is located directly across the street — just a short walk to The Seabird for shuttle pick-up. On-site parking is also available at Botanica. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight and return to pick them up the following day. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are available, though please note that pick-up times at the end of the evening may take up to 20 minutes.

Are children invited to the wedding?

As much as we love little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows our guests to relax and enjoy the day!

What time does the celebration end?
Answer
We’d love for you to stay and celebrate with us until the very end! Music will end at 10pm due to noise ordinances. However, we have the venue until 11. Shuttle buses will run between 10-11 to the After Party and Seabird hotel.

Will there be an after party?

Afterward, we’ll be heading to Larry's Beach Club in Oceanside for the afterparty to keep the celebration going!

How should I dress for the ceremony/reception?
Answer
September can be warm, but the venue is mostly shaded. For men: Lightweight suits are encouraged; ties are optional. For women: Midi or maxi dresses are recommended. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and in something that lets you dance the night away. For garden party vibes, think florals, botanical prints, colorful, earth tones. These are simply for inspiration—not a requirement.
