Trolley Service - Welcome Event

Sister Bay Trolley will be providing transportation to and from our Welcome Event on Friday evening. The trolley has a maximum capacity of 34, so we recommend planning for the earlier pickup if possible. The transportation schedule is below. 7:15 pm Shuttle pick up @The Dorr and shuttle to 1211 Wine and Provisions. 7:30 pm Shuttle pick up @Birchwood Lodge and shuttle to 1211 Wine and Provisions. 7:45 pm Shuttle pick up @The Dorr and shuttle to 1211 Wine and Provisions. 8:00 pm Shuttle pick up @Birchwood Lodge and shuttle to 1211 Wine and Provisions. 9:30 pm Shuttle pick up @1211 Wine and Provisions and shuttle to Birchwood Lodge, and then The Dorr 9:45 pm Shuttle pick up @1211 Wine and Provisions and shuttle to Birchwood Lodge, and then The Dorr 10:00 pm Shuttle pick up @1211 Wine and Provisions and shuttle to Birchwood Lodge, and then The Dorr 10:15 pm Shuttle pick up @1211 Wine and Provisions and shuttle to Birchwood Lodge, and then The Dorr

Trolley Service - Ceremony and Reception

September 13, 2025 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Sister Bay Trolley will be providing transportation to and from our Ceremony and Reception on Saturday. The trolley has a maximum capacity of 34, so we recommend planning for the earlier pickup if possible. The transportation schedule is below. 3:00 pm Shuttle pick up @The Dorr and shuttle to Northern Haus. 3:15 pm Shuttle pick up @Birchwood Lodge and shuttle to Northern Haus. 3:30 pm Shuttle pick up @The Dorr, then The Birchwood Lodge and shuttle to Northern Haus. Sister Bay Trolley will be making return trips from the reception every half hour to both The Dorr Hotel and Birchwood Lodge starting at 9:00 PM.

Airport Information

Sister Bay is a 90 minute drive from Green Bay - Austin Straubel Airport, a 3 hour drive from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport, and a 4 1/2 hour drive from Chicago O'hare Airport. We recommend renting a car from one of these airports and making the scenic drive up to Door County, WI.

Birchwood Lodge - Sister Bay

A comfortable lodge with suite-style rooms and modern amenities. Each room features a jacuzzi style tub, private balcony/patio, and gas fireplace. Birchwood Lodge is a short walk from downtown Sister Bay for easy access to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Birchwood Lodge is one of our pickup and dropoff spots for our trolley service, making it a convenient option for getting to and from our events. We have a room block available for our guests, and reservations can be made by calling Birchwood Lodge and referencing the Phillips-Schulz Wedding. The Birchwood Lodge also has other lodging options available on their website, including suites and cottages.

The Dörr Hotel

A modern, contemporary hotel located in the heart of Sister Bay. Inspired by the Swedish concept of "hygge", the Dörr is an elevated, cozy option for our guests. The Dörr is one of our pickup and dropoff spots for our trolley service, making it a convenient option for getting to and from our events. We have a room block available for our guests, and reservations can be made by calling The Dörr and referencing the Phillips-Schulz Wedding. The Dörr has a 3-night minimum.

Small hotel in the heart of Sister Bay with a great location and modern amenities. It is across the street from the Dorr Hotel, which is one of the pickup and dropoff locations for our trolley service.

Church Hill Inn

A quaint, English-style B&B within walking distance of Sister Bay. The Church Hill Inn offers elegant accommodations and breakfast included each morning. While The Church Hill Inn is not a pickup and dropoff point for our trolley service, The Birchwood Lodge is a 5-min walk away, which acts as a stop for the trolley. We do not have a room block available, but reservations can be made online or by calling the hotel directly.

Airbnb/VRBO

There are many Airbnb's and VRBO's available in Sister Bay available for groups/families. We recommend booking in Sister Bay, and within walking distance of either The Dörr Hotel, or The Birchwood Lodge so you can take advantage of the trolley service.
