The Firebrand Hotel
A group block is available at the Firebrand Hotel. You have until July 28th, 2023 to book your rooms under the Hendry-Schultz Wedding group block. Dates available to book are September 28th - October 2, 2023. Complementary shuttle service from Glacier International Airport (FCA) is offered through the hotel during regular business hours. Please contact the hotel within 48 hours of your arrival to ensure that you are on the shuttle schedule. The hotel is just a block away from downtown Whitefish. Both restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. *Guest must identify themselves as being with the Hendry-Schultz Wedding to receive the contracted group rate*

Glacier Park International Airport or Missoula Montana Airport
Glacier Park International Airport is located in Kalispell, MT and about 15 minutes from Whitefish, MT. While the Missoula Montana Airport is 2 hours and 10 minutes away the drive is absolutely beautiful through the Rocky Mountains. Rental Car
Hertz Car Rental - Kalispell Airport (FCA)
There are plenty of car rental companies located in the valley but they do book up quickly. Not everything is within walking distance so we both recommend renting a vehicle. Dollar rental will bring the vehicle to the Firebrand Hotel for an additional fee which may be more convenient for you and your family.
