Ceremony?
Answer
This says celebration/reception, where's the ceremony? Our ceremony is an intimate gathering, and only immediate family members are invited to join us in celebrating this special moment. The location is extremely remote and is unable to accommodate large gatherings.

How/When do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP on this very website--just look at the schedule section and RSVP to all related events. Please send us your acceptances by July 20th, 2024.

Do I have to RSVP? Can't I just tell you I'm going to be there (or not)?
Answer
Yes, you need to RSVP. For the sake of our sanity, please use the RSVP link in the schedule tab. It is far easier for us than dealing with 50 forms of communication for RSVPing.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
While we adore your children, our yard games include axe throwing and airsoft guns. Not to mention the hot grill and bonfire that will be burning, this celebration is just not kid-friendly.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If you did not receive an invitation stating your name and "plus one" but you have a plus one you'd like to bring, please let us know.

Where is the venue?
Answer
The venue is located at 6495 Brush Creek Road in Eagle. It is a rustic setting free of asphalt and concrete. Please plan your footwear accordingly. Although we will be getting married at the end of a long, hot summer, keep in mind the remarkable difference in temperature during the day and night in the mountains. Come prepared with the clothing you will need in order to remain comfortable.

When should I get there?

We will start down by the barn at 6:30pm. Feel free to grab a drink, mingle, and find a seat at the table. We will be making our entrance close to 7:00pm.

Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?

Our entire event will take place outside.

Can I park at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There will be parking. However, space will be limited. If you can share a ride with friends, please do so.

What are the roads like?
Answer
You will travel through the town of Eagle then into the county via Brush Creek Road. Roads are asphalt until Eaton Lane which is a very well maintained gravel road. Please note there is no cell service after the Adam's Rib Ranch Headquarters. Orient yourself to the directions your maps provide before making the journey.

Will there be alcohol?

We will provide beer and wine. We're considering signature cocktails but have not settled on anything yet. You're welcome to bring your own beverages. If you plan to drink while you are here, please drink responsibly and either camp on the property or plan a ride home with a designated driver.

When you RSVP, please reach out to provide a list of any food allergies you have.

We plan to eat shortly after 7:00pm. Light snacks will be provided beforehand.

What should I wear?

Dust off your finest cowboy boots and hats as we journey back to the days of frontier spirit and saloon revelry. While we encourage themed attire, kindly refrain from t-shirts and blue jeans.

Where are we registered?
Answer
As we prepare to embark on our new journey together, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to contribute to our special day, we have created cash funds for items we are in desperate need of instead of registering for traditional gifts.

We absolutely hope you all will take advantage of the music, even if all you can offer is an amusing interpretation of dancing!

Can I take home centerpieces, decorations, etc?
Answer
Please don't. We borrowed, we rented, and/or have plans for our things after the party. Please only take home a full belly and memories.

Where can I stay?
Answer
We're big fans of camping on the property or staying in an Airbnb. Additionally, there are a few local hotels to stay at. Please check the travel tab for recommendations for hotels in the area.
