✈️ Getting Here If you’re flying in, we recommend booking flights into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) — it’s the easiest and most convenient option. You can also fly into LaGuardia or JFK in New York City if that works better for your travel plans. The Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds is outside the city, and since there isn’t really public transportation in the area, we recommend renting a car for the easiest and most reliable way to get around. That said, Uber and Lyft are also available if you’d prefer not to drive yourself.

Where to Stay

🏨 Where to Stay We’ve suggested a few nearby hotels, all within walking distance of one another. Staying at one of these makes it easy for everyone to gather and celebrate together. Our main hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway, will be the hub for wedding events.

This is the hotel where the wedding party will be staying. A shuttle will be provided from this hotel to transport guests to and from the venue. The shuttle will depart promptly at 3:45 PM on May 10th. There will be ONE shuttle only, and it will not make multiple trips. The return shuttle will depart the wedding venue once, at 10:45 PM at the end of the evening. We have a room block available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use the website link below and provide the code “SLW” to reserve a room at this location. If you book through the link, please DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR DATES—the block is preset for only one night, but can be extended. To book in this room block, your room must be booked by April 6th, 2026. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM, so plan accordingly! Please Note: The hotel is having miscommunication issues with their system on their end.
