The Wedding Website of Jackie Schulman and Jon Cooper
We are so excited to share some of our favorite places with you!! We hope you can check them out! Photo @ Lost Gulch Lookout in Boulder, CO
Lyons, Colorado

Lyons, Colorado

Lyons, CO

Take a walk along Main Street: you will find yourself immersed in friendly, small-town charm, with a tempting array of shops and restaurants that compete for your interest. Lyons is home to the original Oskar Blues Grill and Brew and other favorites, such as Julie’s Thai Kitchen; Smokin’ Dave’s BBQ and Tap House; the Barking Dog Café, and MainStage Brewing Company, to name only a few– a variety of eateries sure to satisfy anyone’s appetite. Lyons’ shops offer everything from antique originals and handcrafted jewelry, to gifts and outdoor gear for any Colorado adventure. Lyons is also known for its historic Lyons Formation sandstone, which has been quarried since the 1880s. The Town’s first public building was the red sandstone schoolhouse, which has been preserved and stands today as the Lyons Redstone Museum. Many other historic buildings in Lyons feature this beautiful stone, and Lyons sandstone can be found in architecture throughout Colorado and the United States.

Rocky Mountain National Park

Rocky Mountain National Park

CO

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Rocky Mountain National Park is one of our nation's most spectacular national parks with 415sq. miles of dramatic beauty, high rugged mountains, sparkling lakes, 350 miles of hiking trails, and abundant wildlife. While here you can enjoy quiet walks, exhilarating hikes, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, wildlife watching, scenic drives, horseback rides, rock climbing, photography, backpacking, and so much more. You are also likely to meet some of the locals: elk, bighorn sheep, moose, marmots, pika, and many other wild creatures that call this park home.

Estes Park

Estes Park

Estes Park, CO 80517

Estes Park is a town in northern Colorado. It’s known as a base for the Rocky Mountain National Park, home to wildlife including elk and bears, plus miles of trails. It will also be Elk Rut season!! The elk rut is a wild time of year—both for the elk and for us human onlookers. I highly suggest getting up to Estes Park for a chance to see these beauties up close (safely of course)!!
