WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 4:30pm.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors. During cocktail hour, we will have a bar accessible for guest both indoor and outdoor. During the reception, dinner will be served indoors but guests will have the option to be inside or outside following speeches.

HOW DO I GET TO THE WEDDING VENUE? WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

If your'e staying at the hotel (TBD), we will have a shuttle providing transportation to and from the venue at specific times (TBD).

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of available parking spaces at Catalyst by Nature Link. If cars are left over night, they need to be picked up by 12:00pm Saturday August 2nd.

ARE THERE UBERS/LYFTS/CABS AVAILABLE IN THE AREA?

Answer

The Brainerd area does not have Ubers or Lyfts. There are a few available cab companies in the area.

ARE MY CHILDREN INVITED TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

While we wish everyone could be apart of our day, due to limited space, we are keeping our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope you are able to make arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
