Walk the Beach
Our number one recommendation!! Do this in the morning or in the evening for the perfect sunrise or sunset and to get the best shells! It is absolutely breath-taking and recommend doing it multiple times on your trip.
The Wharf
Shopping, eating, drinking, and fun! What more could you ask for?! The wharf has so many shops and restaurants. They also have a ferris wheel and marina. Look up the wharf's website for specific events that could be happening that day!
The Hangout Gulf Shores
The Hangout is the place for great food and family fun. Come enjoy live entertainment, relax around the fire pit, let the kids play, and share good times! The restaurant features full-service dining, beach access, and a courtyard with a ton-of-fun sand pile, foam pit, games, retail shopping, stages for live music and more.
OWA Parks & Resort
At OWA there is shopping, an amusement park and an indoor water park! Super fun to spend a whole day, or just a few hours! While you are there check out Murder Creek Distillery.... let's just say if you're looking for a good time all you need is $5 ;)
The Yard Milkshake Bar
Milkshakes on steroids!!! This place is amazing. We went there the first time we visited Gulf Shores together. One milkshake can usually feed 2 people!
Tanger Outlets Foley
If you want to get your shopping on, Tanger is the best mall around!
Alligator Alley
Alligator Alley is a zoo, but all alligators! They are all caged and you have the option to feed them! It is always so much fun!
