Our Adventure Begins

Our story began at an annual Christmas party hosted by mutual friends. We didn't connect the first year,..or the second year, but the stars aligned for Sunny the 3rd time around; and Taylor agreed to go on a date. A few dates later, we both knew that our connection was something special and we had found the one. The past 3 years together have been nothing short of amazing. Whether it be hiking the mountains, remodeling our home, or gorging at China Buffet the adventures are always better together. ; )

We just bought our first home together and hosted the Friends' Christmas Party where we met. Sunny cringes at the thrill of anticipation and I knew something was off about him that night. Shortly after he took me aside in private and got down on one knee, where he then lost all ability to speak.... just opened the box and smiled as I snatched that ring with pure glee! I did put it back and make him ask me and without a doubt I said YES!

Almost all our vacations the past 3-4 years have been camping in a State or National Park. While we looked all over the world we always came back to the beauty of California National Parks. Yosemite was a magical moment in our relationship where we conquered some of our biggest challenges and experienced pure euphoria together. John Muir’s poems are the closest words can describe Yosemite’s impact on a person’s soul, and we can't wait for you to experience it!
