Camp Activities/ Welcome Party
11:00 am - 6:00 pm
Attire: Activewear/outdoorsy! You might get a little messy 😜
Schedule: 11:00 - Guests arrive 11:30 - Camp games begin 1:00 - Lunch 1:30 - Camp activities (tie-dye, bracelet making, leather stamping) 3:00 - Line dancing with instructor 5:30 - Dinner This itinerary is set up to be flexible and unrushed. If you'd like to join in for an activity, please do! If you prefer to relax in the forest or go for a walk, that's highly encouraged as well. This day is for you to enjoy your time on the mountain in whatever way feels best for you. Lunch is provided, as well as GF bread options. *Please check FAQs regarding parking, as parking is limited.
Welcome Dinner
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Attire: Feel free to wear exactly what you wear during the day (activewear) or change into something more summer casual (sun dress, button up, whatever you feel best in!). It can get chilly once the sun goes down so maybe bring a light jacket.
After a fun-filled day of camp activities, we want to relax with a family-style meal around campfires. Dinner will be burgers! We'll have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available in coolers and s'mores to follow. GF bun options will be available. *Please check FAQs regarding parking, as parking is limited.

Ceremony
1:45 pm - 3:00 pm
Attire: Camp Chic/ Come As You Are! We want you to be comfortable and feel STUNNING, so whatever that means to you - bring it 😉 We just want to celebrate and connect with y'all 🫶🏼
We get it - a 2:00 PM Friday wedding might sound out of the ordinary 😝 - but it's true to us 🩵 We want to get married as early as possible and spend the day celebrating with all of you!! You'll notice that the time provided is 1:45, and the ceremony starts at 2:00. This is to give a buffer to get everyone seated by 2:00. Appetizers will be available after the reception 🌭 *Please check FAQs regarding parking, as parking is limited.
Party Time!/ Reception
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
We'll have cornhole, ring toss, horseshoe, bocce ball, and so much more for you to enjoy your day and evening on the mountain. Let's gooooooo!!!! Dinner will be a taco bar 🌮 We'll have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available. Both corn (GF) and flour tortillas will be available. *Please check FAQs regarding parking, as parking is limited.
