Erin's Brother
Brian is Erin's younger brother! These two are undefeated in escape rooms and "Heads Up" because they are equally competitive and have that sibling connection. Brian is smart, hilarious, and the best Dog Uncle to his Riggy man. Erin is lucky to have a brother like Brian, and they even get to be roommates again, as Brian is staying with Erin and Alex as he pursues his degree as a Physician's Assistant at St. Elizabeth's University. It’s also perfect because he is now very happy to be closer to his girlfriend Chrissy.
Alex's Sister
Bri is Alex's youngest sister. She is the trendy sister typically wearing all the natural colors and changing her color pallet (and phone case) every so often. Bri works as a digital marketing analyst and lives in our Lancaster's rival town; Depew, NY. Alex had the honor of officiating her and her perfect husbands wedding in Ponte Vedra Beach in 2022. She lives in Depew with her husband Andrew, our niece Jovie Michelle, and their spoiled Frenchie Olive!
Alex's Sister
Gab is Alex's middle sister. While she tends to be the most stubborn sibling of the three, the characteristic must work well in law enforcement. She is the sister with the most outgoing personality and has a way to make you laugh. Gab always tells the best stories. Gab works as a TSA agent in Fort Myers where she lives with her wife Brittany and their son Adrian.
Erin's Cousin
While Erin doesn't have any sisters, although they are cousins, Sammie has always been more like a sister. They have grown up together since they were kids doing everything together, including family vacations, plenty of sleepovers, getting matching Christmas gifts for years, celebrating birthdays, and now planning their weddings together! Sammie lives in Flemington, NJ and is a 2nd grade teacher. She is marrying her fiancé Phil in May of 2024!!!
Erin's Bestfriend
Sarah is one of Erin’s longest friendships. Dating back to the Goetz days, they have been through so many stages together. From awkward middle school years, winning state championships in high school, visiting each other in college, and now remaining close friends in adulthood, Erin couldn’t imagine life without Sarah. She even signed up to be the HS lacrosse manager to hangout with Erin and spend time at the Schenos. Sarah is the assistant coach of the Georgian Court University Women’s Basketball team and is getting married to her fiancé Kay this April!
Alex's Brother-in-Law
No, Josh Allen isn't attending our wedding, thats just Alex's Brother-in-Law Andrew. He is the younger brother Alex always wanted. Andrew is the most amazing chef, who happens to make the best fried rice on the planet.
Alex's Bestfriend
Jackie and Alex have been friends since 2005 where they attended Lancaster High School together. Since their time in Lancaster Jackie has always been a big part of Alex's life. In 2017, Alex officiated the wedding of Jackie and her husband Keith. Jackie lives in Williamsville, with her husband Keith and three beautiful kids. You may even see Jackie delivering your mail on the daily!
Alex's Bestfriend
Emily is one of Alex's closest friends who she completed her undergrad… and masters… and PhD with! (Go cocks!) These two have been roommates and best friends for most of their adult lives. They’ve gone through everything together and have remained close over the years. Emily lives in Cortland, NY with her wife Lizzie, where she works as an assistant professor at SUNY Cortland.
Erin's Bestfriend
Rachel is Erin’s college best friend where they both studied health and physical education at West Chester University. Erin and Rachel always have a blast when they are together, except when the Giants and Eagles are playing. She once even brought her own tv to the Scheno household to be able to watch the Eagles one Sunday. Rachel now lives in Staunton, VA with her wife Dakota, where she works at the VA School for the Deaf and Blind as a Physical Education Teacher.
Alex's Bestfriend
Dar AKA Dottie is one of Alex's best college friends. Alex and Dar met during athletic study hall at SUNY Brockport. Dar is someone who will always make you laugh and keep you on your toes. She has been an Adapted Physical Education teacher in Queens for 9 years and recently won Adapted PE section Amazing Person award this year through NYSAPHERD.
Erin's Cousin
Jess is Erin’s older cousin who she has always looked up to. They have been close since they were little and Erin even followed in Jess’s footsteps as a three sport athlete at Jackson Memorial HS (both wearing #24)! You can still catch her kicking butt on a flag football, softball, or volleyball team. Jess lives in Jackson and works as the worlds best bartender!
Erin's Cousin
Maria is married to Erin’s cousin Neil, and quickly became a close friend over the years. She is the sole reason Erin now loves country music, thanks to her Nashville Bachelorette trip in 2017. When she isn’t belting out Ed Sheeran at the top of her lungs, she works as an Occupational therapist in Brick, NJ where she lives with her husband Neil and two sweet and sassy daughters, Peyton and Kensley.
Erin's Parents
Meet Erin's Parents, affectionately known as "Mama Kath" and "Papa Nick"! These two have been Erin's rock for nearly 30 years, and she couldn't ask for better parents. They've had her back through thick and thin, especially over the last 5 years as Erin and Alex embarked on their journey together. Mama Kath and Papa Nick are the kind of folks who'd give you the shirt off their backs. They're caring, selfless, and always thinking of others. Right now, they're living it up in Myrtle Beach, and Riggs can't get enough of visiting them there. You will find Kathy dancing it up at the wedding with her sisters and a Baybreeze in hand, while Nick will be taking it all in enjoying a beer on the sidelines.
Alex's Parents
Meet Alex's parents! They are no one man band rather the dynamic duo that everyone wishes to be. Alex is who she is today because of being raised by these two. You can find Mike and Ami living in their adorable home in Cowlesville or at their mountain retreat in Otter Lake. They are always on the move and doing something adventurous, hence where Alex gets her adventurous side from. Alex cannot thank her parents enough for the continued love and support they provide each and every day. You can find these two enjoying a tasty one out on the dance floor, possibly playing the ukuelele at the wedding.
Our Son
Riggs is our three year old pup that brings the most happiness to our lives. He is the definition of a COVID puppy. He was rescued during the pandemic shortly after Erin moved to Columbia, SC. Riggs has been the perfect addition to our family that we didn't even know we needed. He loves going camping, playing tug, and must always be touching one of us. He is our pride and joy and we couldn't imagine our life without him. Riggs will be making his debut at the wedding, most likely not following his commands.
