Question

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO AND FROM THE HOTEL, CEREMONY, AND RECEPTION?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from Peekn’ Peak Resort to the venue and back at the end of the night. The shuttle service will start at 3:30pm and will run through 11:00pm.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We will be starting around 4:30 PM so we advise getting there by 4:00 to park, find your seats and get ready for the ceremony to start.

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK? IS PARKING FREE?

Answer

Guests will park next to the venue in their parking lot and YES parking is free!

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Bear Ridge. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will take place inside (with air conditioning!)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event, so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can have a night out to celebrate with us.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

Answer

Yes, we have room blocks at the Peek' N Peak Resort right up the road for both Friday and Saturday nights. You can find more information in our 'travel' section.
