Travel Note
If you’d like to stay in a hotel, there are a few in the Greenfield area, and AirBnb has some good options. Northampton, where we live now, is 30-40 minutes south, but has many hotels. There are also beautiful options in the surrounding hill towns. Please note: Our wedding coincides with parents' weekend at UMass, so hotels are booking quickly. If you need a place to stay, we recommend trying to find one sooner rather than later. If you can't find anything, let us know; we may be able to help.
Travel Note
We have rented the campgrounds all weekend, so you are welcome to stay at the camp on Saturday night. There are four, small, sleepable cabins on the property with space for up to 16-20 people, total. These are basically unheated shelters with electricity, and we will be bringing our air mattress and sleeping bags and staying in one of them. You are welcome to do the same if you’re up for an adventure and sharing a space. There is also plenty of room to camp on the grounds so feel free to bring tents and gear. Please let us know in advance if you would like to stay in a cabin; spaces are first-come, first-serve. We also have some extra camping gear we can loan to those without. Please note: There are bathrooms, so we won't be roughing it too hard.
Travel Note
Camp Keewanee is about 10 minutes from downtown Greenfield and 30-40 minutes from Northampton. There are rental cars for anyone coming from afar and some taxis around town, such as About Town Taxi or GoGreen Cabs. However, we don't recommend planning to use Uber or Lyft as those options are usually limited at best.
