FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 15th so that we can give our caterers a final headcount.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, we know that many of you would like to honor us with something more. You can visit our registry and make donations at this link: https://schatzandwaldron.zankyou.com/us or by clicking the link in the Registry tab, above.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The party starts at 1:00 PM. We will be signing our marriage certificate and welcoming everyone at 1:30pm. Food will be served after 2pm. Feel free to arrive anytime!

Question

How do I get to Camp Keewanee?

Answer

-Driving directions- GPS: If your GPS does not recognize "Camp Keewanee," please use the address "1 Health Camp Rd., Greenfield, MA 01301" Step-by-step directions: From Rte 91, take exit 26 (onto a rotary) Take the rotary exit that heads towards Applebee's Restaurant Continue straight through 2 sets of lights After the 2nd light (the one with Dunkin Donuts on right), take the first left on to Solon Street Continue straight (the road will quickly change to Elm St.) until Elm Tees off with Conway St. Reset your odometer and take a left onto Conway St. Go straight for 3.0 miles Bear left at the fork in the road, then turn left onto Glenbrook Drive Follow the blacktop road all the way to its end, through the yellow gate, onto the dirt road, and all the way to the end You're here! Park to the right of the large pavilion.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Whatever keeps you comfortable and happy! Remember that October in New England can be unpredictable; we recommend layers and warm clothes.

Question

Are kids and pets okay?

Answer

Kids are absolutely welcome. Pets are also welcome (and encouraged) as long as they get along with other pets and people, especially kids.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the party?

Answer

There is not. Camp Keewanee is about 10 minutes from downtown Greenfield and 30-40 minutes from Northampton. There are rental cars for anyone coming from afar and some taxi's around town, such as About Town Taxi or GoGreen Cabs. However, we don't recommend planning to use Uber or Lyft as those options are usually limited at best.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that our caterers will be able to accommodate special food requests. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own food. There is an oven in the kitchen for warming things up and a grill will also be available. We will have some limited vegetarian options as well.

For all the days along the way
