Question

Is there an RSVP deadline?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know your plans by March 31st.

Question

Is there cell service in the area?

Answer

Not really! It's a good idea to load any maps you'll need before leaving cell service and wifi! During the wedding, there will be wifi available on site at the venue, though only accessible inside the inn.

Is there parking at Foxfire?

Answer

Yes! There's plenty of parking for anyone who wants to drive to the venue.

Is there a taxi service on the wedding day for people who want to have fun?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged for a local taxi service to and from Foxfire on Saturday. If you would like a ride, please stay at one of the recommended places on our "Where To Stay" page to ensure that you are no more than a 10-minute drive from the venue. Please note that there is no Uber or Lyft in the area and that day-of taxis will be difficult or maybe impossible to arrange. Please let us know your address by April 15th if you would like a ride!

Is there anything I should bring to the wedding, just in case?

Answer

We will have an outdoor ceremony, and a reception to follow with a meal served indoors, and there will also be outdoor space with a firepit available to enjoy into the evening. Since the weather in early May in the Catskills can vary, feel free to bring an umbrella and layers to wear outdoors should temperatures be cool.

COVID-19

Answer

We very much encourage all guests to take a rapid test on the day of the event. If you test positive, or if you are experiencing any symptoms we ask that you please not attend. And, of course, we support everyone being up to date on their vaccines!
