Josh and Rachel met through an organization called Encircle and clicked instantly. At the time, Rachel would often pick Josh up, and they enjoyed driving around together. Now, Josh is usually the driver for their countless thrifting adventures and In-N-Out or Thirst trips. Josh, Sage, and Rachel also lived together for a time

Rachel and Sage met on a humanitarian trip to Thailand in 2017 and instantly became best friends. They have remained close ever since and even lived together for three years after college.

Jordan and Grant met in middle school and became close friends in high school. They maintained that relationship throughout their college years and beyond and both moved across the country to Utah in August 2023.

One of Jordan and Heberto earliest interactions was in elementary school when they saw each other and did the "minority head nod." Despite going to different schools then, they became friends in middle school and have maintained a close relationship to this day.
