Travel Note
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the remote area uber and lyft are not options. They are very hard to come by and often cancel last minute or do not show up at all. Please plan accordingly for this if choosing not to stay at the limelight. We will be providing a shuttle back to local Airbnbs and hotels WITHIN THE DAHLONEGA AREA after our reception. This shuttle only will hold 13 passengers at a time. To keep guests from waiting too long for each shuttle, it will only be providing transportation within the Dahlonega area. If you are not staying in Dahlonega please plan accordingly for transportation. Please also keep in mind that you may be waiting on the shuttle to drop you off in the evening as it will be taking multiple trips. As soon as you are able, please notify us of the address of where you will be staying, as well as if you plan to utilize the shuttle service. This will allow us to preplan the most time effective routes for pickups and drop offs.

The Dahlonega area is very popular for weddings and has 27 venues within the are. September & October are peak of wedding season here. Please plan to make your accommodations ASAP, as some hotels are already booked or have very limited availability 6 months in advance.

This hotel is located right next to our venue. There is a walking path that connects them. We have reserved all 11 guest rooms and 4 cottages for our guests to book for both Friday night (September 25th) and Saturday night (September 26th). We HIGHLY encourage you to stay at the limelight if you plan on consuming alcohol at our event. As Dahlonega is a more remote area uber and lyft are not options. Breakfast is provided for guests, plus you cant beat the view. Choosing to stay here will make attending the rehearsal dinner & wedding easy without having to worry about drive times and transportation. Please call (706) 452-1399 to book.
