Are the ceremony and reception the same venue?
Answer
Yes! Everything will take place at the Oceanview of Nahant, GPS address: 0 Willow Road, Nahant, MA 01908-1361.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Well, it's New England, so you never know. But generally, July is in the mid-80s, but we will have the ocean breeze, and most of the wedding will be during the evening, and the reception area is air conditioned.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Answer
We plan to hold the ceremony outside and the reception inside. If the weather turns, we will let you know, but either way, everything will be at the same venue.

Is the venue accessible?
Answer
Yes, of course. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please let us know so we can ensure you are accommodated.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
We will have a cocktail hour on the outside patio, decks, and indoor bar area before opening up the reception room.

What about transportation?
Answer
We don't have any formal transportation set up yet, stay tuned. The venue has its own free parking lot directly adjacent to the building, and rideshares are an easy option. Oftentimes, local hotels will offer transportation shuttles for guests; it never hurts to ask.

Can I bring my kids? A plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a venue capacity limit, so we are limiting attendance to those listed on the envelopes.

I have a dietary restriction, what do I do?
Answer
Please let us know as soon as possible! The chefs are great and can be very accommodating with dietary issues.

Where the heck is Nahant??
Answer
We get it, we had no idea until we started looking for wedding venues. Nahant is a peninsula north of Boston (also known as the "North Shore") and just south of Salem, MA.
Question
How do I get there from the airport?
Answer
Many hotels offer complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport. Boston Logan Airport also provides car rental services, and using a rideshare app is easy in the area. You can also use the closest MBTA station, Wonderland, on the Blue Line; locally, we refer to our train system as "the T."
