Maria Stein Shrine of the Holy Relics
The Maria Stein Shrine and Spiritual Center is a peaceful and beautiful spot with a lot to see. There are walking paths, prayer gardens, and a small museum inside that has one of the largest collections of relics in the country. It’s quiet, calm, and a nice place to stop and take a break while you’re in the area.
The Fountain Restaurant
The Fountain Restaurant in Celina is our favorite date spot! It’s a classic diner-style place with great food and friendly people. Breakfast there is always a win, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We recommend going early since it tends to get pretty busy on the weekends.
The Bicycle Museum of America
The Bicycle Museum of America in New Bremen is an interesting stop for anyone who enjoys history or unique collections. The museum features hundreds of bicycles from different time periods and gives a fun look at how biking has evolved over the years. After your visit, you can stop by the New Bremen Coffee Company just down the street for a drink or snack before heading out.
Moeller Brew Barn
Moeller Brew Barn in Maria Stein is a local favorite with great food, a fun atmosphere, and trivia on Thursday nights that’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in town early.
