Cara is Shelby's older sister. The two couldn't be more different in some ways, but also very similar in other. Cara and Shelby both grew up in Warwick, RI. Shelby was Cara's shadow for a while. When Cara took dance lessons, Shelby took dance lessons. When Cara went to art classes, Shelby would hop in the car. Cara reluctantly let Shelby tag-a long a few times. Spending our summer days in Bonnet Shores and Martha's Vineyard, we're lucky to share the best childhood memories. Post college the two quickly grew even closer, and talk at least once a week now, even if it's for two minutes. Cara is Shelby's heart and soul, and their relationship will always be near and dear to her.

Jeff and Mike met in Quonnie after Jeff started dating Alyssa. Neither had any idea that they both grew up visiting the same coast every summer only a mile or so apart. Shelby and Steph met at Johnson & Wales University. Due to Shelby and Steph (most likely Shelby), bonding over being hungry, and agreeing to grab a bite together. The rest is history, they've been best friends since. They've traveled abroad in college, visited each other countless times, share a love for travel, hikes, cocktails, espresso, travel, horrible sense of direction, fashion, facetime dates, endless love for their dogs, summertime love, impromptu anything, and pushing limits. Steph is down for any adventure at any time, and pushes Shelby to be her best. They always making sure to be a part of milestones in each other's lives no matter where they live. Steph is my right hand and always checks in no matter what. The bond of their friendship is endless.

Shelby and Miranda met working at Chelo's in college (a local RI restaurant). After both graduating JWU, they each traveled and landed themselves great jobs, with the same employer. Miranda and Shelby have the absolute best memories for over our 9+ years of friendship. No matter where they go, what they do, and whom they're with, it's always the best time. They share a love of endless queso, guac, and tini's, impromptu dates that only few will understand. You name it, they're down. Regardless of where they are in life, they never miss a beat. Randa is the absolute best of friends, Shelbs right hand lady, the best dance partner, and very thankful they'll always share the same sense of humor!

Shelby and Eva met at Johnson & Wales University in Beverage Appreciation class. Eva walked in, in her elegant outfit, and Shelby did the exact same thing. Needless to say, we were the most dressed up people in that room. From Providence, to NY, living together in Sarasota FL. Wherever they go individually or together too much reminds them of their friendship. There is not enough room to type. Eva is one of the most loyal friends out there. After 10+ years of friendship, she always has Shelby's back and has been there continuously being the best support system. We'll be having brunch and mimosas at 80 yrs old (in heels). Try and stop us.

Nicole and Shelby met at Kai bar 5+ years ago (yes just like Mike and Shelby.) Shelby was complimenting Nicole's nail color (typical Shelb). Countless dinner dates, brunch's dates, fire pits & s'mores, shopping trips, style advice, exercise dates, hikes in Coventry and Richmond, birthday celebrations, friend trips, sushi dates, the list goes on really. They always check in to send each other love, say have a great week, without expecting a response. They always have a hell of a good time whenever together. Cheers to drinking wine when we're 80 yrs old, in rocking chairs, and thank you for always loving Kai the way you do.

Shelby met Em through Mike and Nick's relationship, merely 4+(ish) years ago. BUT, it did not take long for them to immediately click. Em is all around the most caring and kind-hearted person. She has the best style for home decor. Em can absolutely outcook most. She is always down to dine in or out, have some wine, and live life to the fullest. We share a love for Mexican food, margs, dance sessions in the kitchen or anywhere really, a good brunch, live music/concerts, mimosas, scented candles, and late night walks to the beach in Q (no we're not dating). She makes the best chicken parm hands down. She will reluctantly read every word of a "shelby text message novel", for that Shelby appreciates her. We'll also always share a love for the color, purple. She is the absolute best Mom to my beautiful niece, Penny Laine. Our friendship simply means the world to me.

Shelby and Kim technically met when Shelby was about 6 years old, but our friendship definitely strengthened within the past few years. Kim is simply the Best. She's there to give you tough love, so you can display your confidence to the world. She's also the best listener. At the same time she'll party with you, pop champagne with you, understands and enjoys the definition of great food, loves Kai and accepts his flaws and strengths. Kim helps push your butt in a kick ass workout, and proceeds to have the best night wherever it takes us. We'll forever continue our monthly Lola walking dates, Kai visits, and double date dinner parties, Shanty brunch, and impromptu weekend trips. Her kind heart and generosity never goes unnoticed. Kim is the definition of the best of friends.

Ashley and Shelby met through Mike about 4(ish) years back, and at the fantastic beach association of Quonnie. Ashley and Shelby squeeze hugs and friendship happened right from the start. Ashley and I have always greeted each other with an extra big hug or a "hellooo!". Ash is a beyond loving person, always down for taco salad, brunch, coffee with love, and O'mist dates. She's there to go through thick and thin no matter what via phone, facetime, and when the sunshine season hits. We make sure to not miss a beat ever. Ash is my inspiration for training for her 1/2 and full marathons, weekly winter ski trips, and loving life to the fullest. My forever cheetah sister and my soul sister.

Caitlin and Shelby met in 7th grade Middle School at Winman Jr High. Shockingly, not through Mike. We're going on about more than 12 years of friendship believe it or not. They've been through some memories, times, laughs, and awkward moments together. I'll spare the details for both of our sakes. Cait has had my back through it all. She'll be there for you in a split of a second, but at the same time she can ALWAYS convince you to stay for "anotha one". We always, always, have the best time. Cait always sees the good, and positive, in every situation and you will never catch her not smiling. She's forever be the best SIL, best "fur" auntie around, and my best gal.

Alyssa and Shelby met through Michael and Alyssa's relationship merely 4+(ish) years ago. It did not take long for Shelby and Alyssa to click, and their friendship has grown ever since. Quonnie days, bonfire evenings, cocktails, laughs, group dates, many cheers, "off season" holidays, and RI/Q crew hangouts, have filled our memories. Their love for OTF, that Alyssa's definitely mastered. Alyssa is the best at making you feel your best, and being your hype girl. Her smile forces yours to appear, and she always highlights the best in "you". It's the best friendship that is close to Shelby's heart. Alyssa also introduced Shelby to her amazing Calligraphy business and classes, Coastline Letter Co. Needless to say I'm lucky to have her, and be each others indefinite cheerleaders.

Maferly and Shelby met at JWU, where their friendship clicked in travel classes. Maferly is one of the most intelligent, and nicest people you'll ever meet. Steph, Maf, and myself studied in a few classes together, and studied abroad together. From there, again, the rest is history. Maf and I share a love for running, hiking, exploring, adventures, travel, laughing, food, trying new places, things, and catching up near or far. Maf is my inspiration for happiness in life and pushing limits to the max. She travels more than anyone I know, exploring new foods, and countries. Her laugh, and positivity energy encourages everyone to laugh, so watch out. I'm lucky to have her as my friend for 8+ years and counting.
