A Note from Yasmine:
As many of you know, my family spent many summers visiting relatives and friends in Switzerland. My favorite moments, summer or winter, were always at the chalet in Adelboden. Time spent here always meant reconnecting with my Swiss roots, enjoying family time, indulging in plenty of cheese, chocolate, schnitzel, fondue and raclette, and, of course, savoring wine.
In February 2020, I was thrilled to share this special place with Ethan for the first time. We enjoyed snowy walks and sledding down black diamond pistes together. Ethan tasted the famous “US Special” (a GIANT schnitzel) at the Adler Restaurant and spent quality time with my cousin, aunt, uncle, and Grandmaman. This visit was especially precious, as it was the last time I saw my Grandmaman before she passed.
I’m grateful to share this beautiful place with all of you for our wedding weekend. I’ve compiled a list of favorite activities for your visit and hope you come to love Adelboden as much as we do!
