Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Unfortunately as of right now no... the hotels we spoke to, it was cheaper to book on your own than the group rates offered. We will update this if we do get a group rate. Until then, please book something as soon as possible and preferably with free cancelation. We are staying at the Saddlebrook Resort from Thursday Oct 17th to Monday Oct 21st. Saddlebook's rates are around $200-$300/night with multiple bedroom options in case you'd like to pair with another couple to split costs.

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5 o'clock. Please arrive around 4:45. As we will be taking pictures before then.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this is an adults-only affair.

Is there parking? Over night parking?

Answer

Yes there is a grass parking lot on site and a golf cart shuttle to take you in. If you've had too much to drink, you can leave your vehicle over night, but they will tow if you don't pick it up before 10am the next day.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside in grass. The reception will be in a covered barn on concrete, but the rest of the property you will be walking on grass. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the barn.

We are having Mission BBQ cater the event to support our Military and First Responders!

We will be supplying beer, wine, champagne, liquor and mixers for the event.

Will the Cha-Cha Slide, The Wobble, The Macarena, Electric Slide or any other songs that tell you how to dance be played?

Absolutely not. If you request these songs just burn your invitation.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception ends at 10:00pm. Everyone needs to be off the premises by 11pm.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we can ask for. If you'd like to honor us with a gift you can have it delivered to our house at 2043 Sarah Louise Drive Brandon, FL 33510. A wedding card box will be at the reception. Thank you so much in advance!

Tampa averages 69-85 with rain average of 4 days in October. Typically less humidity than the summer months. October marks the transition from hot summer season to the cooler winter season.
