Five years ago, Aisha and Say were invited to a mutual friends birthday party. They were both new to the San Francisco scene and decided to venture to a hot, sweaty, and dark club with the rest of the crew. Despite the large crowds, they were able to dance the night away to Bieber and Kanye (yes, it was Bootie for those from the Bay Area). Later that week, Say asked Aisha to go on a date - Aisha graciously invited him over for "drinks." Unbeknownst to Say, drinks for Aisha meant pressed beet juices. They would go on to spend that evening watching the Country Music Awards (at Say's request). As you can imagine, things didn't go too well and there was no reason for a second date. ...Until, fast forward three years...Say's chase continued. He invited Aisha over for a Bollywood "dance party." Aisha showed up to witness an epic party with just two people, Say and his roommate. That night the love story began...
