COVID Policy

Answer

We love you guys! Because all of you are so important to us we respectfully ask all guests to be fully vaccinated and boosted. For any guest who is not yet fully vaccinated we request that you obtain a rapid and/or PCR COVID test 48 hours or less prior to the celebration to ensure you are negative for the virus. While it’s not a requirement for our wedding, we completely understand and respect any guests who may wish to wear a mask on the day. Please note that we won’t be supplying masks at the venue, so you will need to provide your own.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be located approximately a 5-minute walk from the parking area outdoors on a small hill overlooking the farm. The reception will be located outdoors under a white tent.

Question

How should I get to the farm for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

If you are staying at either the TownePlace Suites or Hampton Inn in Front Royal we have arranged a shuttle that will be available to drive you to and from the farm. If you are staying elsewhere in the Flint Hill area we recommend that you make arrangements in advance as Lyft and Uber are not really reliable options.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There will be ample signage directing guests to the designated parking area on the farm. Yes, parking will be free!
