Preparations
12:00 pm - 10:00 pm
This is just for anyone who wants to help us get things ready! We'll be prepping our snacks and some meal items for day-of, and getting a majority of the decorations up! Feel free to come help out!
Saturday, November 7, 2026
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Calling all ghosts and ghouls, vampires and wolves, and anyone in between. Wear a costume! Halloween is the theme, expect spooky treats and dark decor with a central theme around beetlejuice!
Reception and Dinner
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Family friendly gathering after, feel free to hang out for a little while! We'll have dancing, music, karaoke, and games! Taco bar and a Margarita stand! Recreating our first date, the food served will be build your own tacos with all the toppings!
After Party
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
21+ after party, we do request all those under 21 leave by 6pm. This section is BYOB, music and games may not be family-friendly. Snacks and waters will be provided.
Clean Up
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm
This event is going to take 2 days to set up, but we'll only have about an hour for tearing it down. Please feel free to stay and help with clean up!
