Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttles from The Alexandrian hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is parking at our venue, but we recommend using our shuttle service to/from The Alexandrian if you are booking with our wedding block there.

Is smoking allowed at the wedding venue?

Answer

No, the venue is a National Trust for Historic Preservation site. Smoking and open flames are NOT permitted in and around the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our caterer is extremely accommodating. Please remind us of yours when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please click on the "Accomodations" tab on this website for more information. If you do not wish to stay at The Alexandrian, please let us know and we will find you other options.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional, just don't look better than the bride or groom.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have done our entire registry through Zola! See the "Registry" tab on this website. Unless the item is sold through Zola or allows group contribution, Zola will direct you to the site to purchase the item.

Answer

Yes, and we have a plan! The venue has a covered area for the ceremony and reception.
