Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is all black, black tie formal. For men, we ask that you wear a black tuxedo or black suit and tie. For women, a black evening gown or black floor-length dress would be appropriate.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are adult only. We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 on our wedding day.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot allow additional plus-ones to our wedding. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and RSVP, therefore, additional guests cannot be accommodated.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:00pm, no later than 3:15pm, to ensure adequate amount of time to park and get seated. Doors will close promptly at 3:30pm.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Florida’s weather in January tends to range between the high 40s and low 70s. We encourage you to monitor the forecast as we get closer to the date as the weather can be unpredictable.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venues?

Personal car, rental, uber or lyft.

Is there parking available near the wedding venues?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking onsite at both venues.

How far is the reception venue from the ceremony venue?

Answer

The reception venue is a 25-35 minute drive from the ceremony venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors or a combination?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held indoors.

Are the wedding venues wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes.

I am coming from out of state, what is the closest airport?

Answer

Guests who are flying in should fly to MCO (Orlando International Airport).

Are there hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved room blocks at 3 different hotels all within 10 minutes of the reception venue. More information on hotel booking can be found on the website under “Travel & Hotel Block Information.” You are also welcome to book any hotel, resort, or airbnb in the Central FL area!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note on your RSVP any specific allergy/dietary restrictions with your name, so we can assure you are fed and happy. We want everyone to enjoy their meal!

How do I select my meal for the reception?

Answer

You will have to RSVP for the Ceremony and Reception separately. Once you select that you will be attending the "Cocktail & Reception,” you will be prompted to choose your entrée from our menu options. Please make your selection by November 30, 2025. You will be unable to make any changes once that date has passed.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is November 30, 2025. Please RSVP by this date so we can provide a final count to our vendors. After this date, no additional RSVPs will be accepted.
