Complimentary Motor Coach Schedule We will have four air conditioned motor coaches going to and from The Lodge at Mt. Ida Farm 5931 Blenheim Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22902 (which shows up online on Waze and Google Maps, not always on car GPS) Two are for guests in our hotel blocks - The Draftsman and and Holiday Inn. The other two will be at Grand Classroom for all other guests and people staying at Airbnbs and other hotels. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early! The buses will leave on time. Departure Schedule ARRIVE 3:15 PM for 3:30 PM departure - Grand Classroom parking lot (1455 Rio Rd E. Charlottesville, VA 22901) ARRIVE 3:35 PM for 3:50 PM departure-  front of The Draftsman Hotel (1106 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903) GUESTS OF DRAFTSMAN ONLY - THERE IS ZERO PARKING ARRIVE 3:35 PM for 3:50 PM departure - front of The Holiday Inn Charlottesville-Monticello (11200 5th Street Ext/ Charlottesville, VA 22902) GUESTS OF HOLIDAY INN If you miss the bus, you can UBER to 5931 Blenheim Road and take the buses back. Return Schedule There will be one early coach departing Mt. Ida at 9:30 and returning to all three locations. The other buses will be leaving Mt. Ida at 11:00 pm and will drop at all three locations.

American Airlines, Delta and United fly into Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport (CHO). Other major airports are Richmond International Airport (RIC) which is 90 miles away and Dulles International Airport (IAD) which is 99 miles away, so both would require a rental car.
