Do I need to be a guest at The Westin to use the shuttle service?

Answer

No, all guests are welcome to the transportation service leaving from the Westin at 3:30pm. Please note, that there is a fee to valet your vehicle if you plan to park at the hotel and take the shuttle.

Is there parking at The Estate at Cherokee Dock?

Answer

Yes, if you would like to drive yourself to the venue there is free parking for all guests.

Can I bring a guest?

When you RSVP online, all guests included in your party will appear. We are only able to accommodate those listed in your RSVP.

Can we bring our kids?

We request that our wedding remain an adult-only occasion with the exception of our flower girls. We hope you are still able to be a part of our special day!

Answer

We request the pleasure of your company in black tie attire. Ladies in long dresses, and gentlemen in tuxedos or dark formal suits. Ladies, think elegant, moody and romantic colors such as dusty rose, mauve and burgundy as well as neutral earth tones. Block or wedge heels are recommended.

Post Reception Shuttle

A shuttle will run at 9pm as well as 11pm after the Bride and Groom send off to take guests from the venue back to the Westin downtown Nashville.
