Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your formal invitation indicates your name "And Guest", then you are welcome to bring a date!

SHOULD I RENT A CAR?

Answer

If you are flying into Burlington for the wedding, our venue and the resort that we are encouraging our guests to stay at are located approx. 35 minutes from the airport. We would suggest renting a car (or going in on a rental car with friends!) for ease of travel from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. A rental car will also allow you to check out some of beautiful surrounding areas in Vermont with greater ease! Ubers are available in Burlington, but are not available around the venue and room block in Cambridge/Jeffersonville.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

We love your kids but want you to have a night off. Adults only please! If you need to make child care arrangements, Smugglers Notch Resort has a baby-sitting service. We will have more information regarding the babysitting service soon. Children are welcome to attend the party on Friday night.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the ceremony & reception site. Overnight parking is allowed, should you choose to drive and leave your car. But please - no drinking and driving!

WHAT IS THE DRESS ATTIRE?

Answer

Semi-formal or cocktail attire will be appropriate! For women - there will be some walking on the grass and gravel, so wedge or block heels may be a better choice than a pointed heel.
