FAQs

Question

When should I arrive and when should I plan to leave?

Answer

We’ll be in town all week and would love for everyone to join us for an extended weekend if you’re able! Most guests are planning to arrive Thursday and head home Sunday. There’s plenty to do in the area, and many of our events and gatherings will be centered around the hotel, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed weekend together.

Question

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

We don’t think so! Most wedding events will take place at or near the hotel, and shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the main venue. The area is also very walkable, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available if you need them.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking, seating, and to get settled before things begin. There will be shuttles offered to the ceremony and will be leaving at the latest 4pm from the Hilton.

Question

Is parking available at the Wedding?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the venue if you would like to drive seperately.

Question

Are events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our celebration will include both indoor and outdoor spaces. We recommend checking the forecast and dressing accordingly — we’ll be ready to celebrate rain or shine!

Question

Who should I contact with questions?

Answer

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Savannah & Conner directly, or contact Diane Kolodzinski at (610)-764-1316 or Julie St. Pierre at (717)-515-5380 for accommodations or logistics.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, you are welcome to bring a guest. Please refer to how your name is listed on your invitation or reach out if you’re unsure.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the evening.
