Can I Bring a Guest/ Date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guest. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. You invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The (Your Last Name) Family" if you children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

How Do We Get There?

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotel and the venue and encourage you to take the Coach!

Is the Wedding Outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, please be aware of the weather in Banner Elk. The wedding is on top of a mountain and might be a little chilly at the time. The Reception will be inside!

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Can I Take Pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (No Phone or Cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do", We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Coach Services

Answer

There will be a trolley service from the Marriot in Boone to the Wedding Venue. There is a limit amount of spots so if possible please use the trolly services.
