Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is your chance to dress up! We’re going formal for the big day, so please bring out your best suits, long dresses, and stylish summer chic attire. For men: suit jackets or coats are encouraged. For women: long dresses or formal attire, please. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, or mini dresses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive at the gondola by 4:15 to enjoy a smooth, scenic ride up the gondola before the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle pickup before the ceremony. Pickup Location: The Grand America Hotel Pickup Time: TBD If you plan to use the shuttle schedule, please check back soon for more details.

Where is the venue?

Answer

Venue: Snowbasin Resort Address: 3925 E Snowbasin Road, Huntsville, UT 84317 Directions upon arrival: Upon arrival, please make your way past the main lodge and continue to the base of the mountain where the Needles Gondola is located. From there, enjoy a scenic ride up to the top at Needles Lodge.

Yes! There is a parking lot by the main lodge.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Thank you so much for your enthusiasm! Due to limited space at the venue, unless your invitation specifically includes your name(s) along with a guest, we aren’t able to accommodate a plus-one. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Answer

Please note our wedding is an adults-only event. This will give parents the chance to relax, let loose, and fully enjoy a wonderful night of celebration. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting our wishes. We look forward to sharing this special day with you!
