Is there a dress code?

Welcome Party - Garden Attire Guests are encouraged to dress in soft pastels or floral patterns. Women may choose dresses, skirts, or stylish jumpsuits, while men can opt for light suits or pastel button ups. Wedding - Formal Attire
 We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire—gowns, jumpsuits, or floor length dresses for women, and suits or tuxedos for men. Tuxes are welcome but not required.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive at the gondola by 4:15 to enjoy a smooth, scenic ride up the gondola before the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle pickup before the ceremony. Pickup Location: The Grand America Hotel Pickup Time: 3:15-3:30

Answer

Venue: Snowbasin Resort Address: 3925 E Snowbasin Road, Huntsville, UT 84317 Directions upon arrival: Upon arrival, please make your way past the main lodge and continue to the base of the mountain where the Needles Gondola is located. From there, enjoy a scenic ride up to the top at Needles Lodge.

Yes! There is a parking lot by the main lodge.

Thank you so much for your enthusiasm! Due to limited space at the venue, unless your invitation specifically includes your name(s) along with a guest, we aren’t able to accommodate a plus-one. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Please note our wedding is an adults-only event. This will give parents the chance to relax, let loose, and fully enjoy a wonderful night of celebration. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting our wishes. We look forward to sharing this special day with you!
