What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please RSVP by October 10, 2025. Due to venue and catering requirements, anyone who has not responded by this date will unfortunately not be able to attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adult-only with the exception of children in the wedding. We encourage you to use this evening as a date-night!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is -Dressy Casual- We suggest men wear sport coats, button downs, nice jeans, slacks, or suits and women wear dresses/jumpsuits. We kindly ask our guests not to wear ball caps, shorts, t-shirts, or traditional bridal colors. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors; reception will be inside an open barn. Please dress accordingly with the weather.

Can I bring a date?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Each person will be formally invited on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at the venue around 2:30. FlakeHaven is located 1 hour from Charlotte and 1.5 hours from Greensboro. If you are running late, we ask that you please stay in your car until after ceremony.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving beer only at the bar, no liquor permitted.
