Mr. and Mrs. Rodriguez

On March 1, 2022, Savannah and Alan went on their first date as complete strangers. Savannah was nervous because she did not tell anyone about their date, nor did Alan. During their first interaction, Savannah greeted Alan with a side hug, which he was unsure about. The night went on as a surprise date Alan had planned for her. The night consisted of bad Japanese takeout and watching airplanes take off at the airport overlook in Charlotte. As the night went on, they talked for hours about their interests, family, future plans, etc. The first date felt too good to be true with sparks flying the entire night for both of them. Now, 3.5 years later, complete strangers who met at a college with over 20,000 students, will now start a lifetime together!
