When should I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs are now closed as we had requested that RSVP by April 30th 2024. If you feel there has been a mistake please reach out to the bride and groom! If you do not RSVP by then you unfortunately will not have a seat for the ceremony or reception as we cannot accommodate a late headcount to the vendors.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unless specified in your formal invitation, we ask you not to bring a guest! Due to vendors such as catering and seating needing a confirmed headcount, we can not accommodate anyone who was not directly invited and confirmed on RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What time is the Wedding

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 pm. We ask that all guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find their seats. If you arrive late, you will be kindly asked by our team not to enter the ceremony space. Please wait and enter the cocktail hour.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

YES! We want our guests to dress to the nines! Please arrive dressed in FORMAL ATTIRE for the evening! Please avoid jeans/denim and shades of white. Reminder, this is an outside ceremony and reception on grass, please plan accordingly. The weather in Graeagle in the summertime can be warm. In the mountains the weather can be unpredictable, the wind does pick up quite a bit in the evening. Be sure to pack something for warmth in the evening in case the temperature drops.

What if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs are now closed as we had requested that RSVP by April 30th 2024. If you did not RSVP by the deadline, April 30th 2024, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. If you were to show up, there would not be a seat or plate for you. Due to vendors such as catering and seating needing a confirmed headcount, we can not accommodate anyone who was not confirmed via RSVP. If you feel there has been a mistake please reach out to the bride and groom!

What if I cant make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed! If you have RSVP'd "attending", but find that you can no longer make it, please notify Savannah at 209-541-7118.

Where should I park?

Answer

YES! There is parking at the venue! There is a small parking lot to the immediate ceremony and reception area. If this were to become filled, there would be ample parking along the roadway that would be marked out for the wedding guests.

Can I take pictures/video during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, which means NO PHONES OR PHOTOS. We ask all guests to follow this, be respectful of everyone around them, and be completely present during our special time! Our hired professionals will be doing the photo and video-taking during that time! Feel free to take all the photos you like after we say " I DO!"

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bride and groom provided alcohol for the guests for specialty drinks, beer, and wine. If you wish to have something other than what is provided then those drinks will be paid for by each individual guest. Please drink responsibly and plan accordingly.

Everyone invited is a close loved one and friend, so please call or text Savannah and Mckane. If you do not have the bride or groom's phone number, please reach out to the best man, Mitchell, or maid of honor, Jessica. They will get you in contact with Savannah and McKane.
