Summer Formal

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. Refreshments will be served at 4:30 pm for guests while you find your seats. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be held on the host side of the venue. Feel free to head that way for beer, wine, signature drinks, and appetizers. Dinner and dancing will follow through the night. Outdoor music will end at 10 pm. For those who want to keep the party going, join us inside the lodge for a final drinks and wind down hour! Please be mindful of the weather in the mountains. The hottest it can get is about 90. However, there is quite a breeze that blows through the valley. This will be an outdoor wedding and reception on thick bark and grass.

Casual

Send off for the newlywed Ruiz’s! Breakfast/brunch will be served at the Lodge at Whitehawk Ranch where the wedding took place the night before.
