Our ceremony and reception will take place at the breathtaking Kualoa Ranch in Kāne‘ohe, Hawaii, on the island of O‘ahu. Surrounded by lush landscapes and stunning ocean views, our celebration will be entirely outdoors, with a covered tent for the reception to ensure comfort. July in Hawaii brings warm, beautiful weather, with temperatures typically ranging between 75-85°F—perfect for a tropical celebration!

We’re celebrating in paradise, so let your look reflect the magic! Dress code is cocktail attire with a fun, tropical twist—think bold colors, tropical prints, and joyful energy. This is your chance to lean into those vibrant, playful island vibes we love so much. Whether it’s a bright dress or a colorful suit, dress to impress—but also to celebrate! We’ll be outdoors, so keep the warm weather (and dancing under the stars) in mind when picking your outfit. We’ll be outdoors on grass and natural terrain, so for the ladies, we recommend flats, wedges, or chunkier heels for easier walking and dancing under the stars.
We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. We love your little ones, but our celebration will be an adults-only event. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you! 💕

Honolulu International Airport (HNL), also known as Daniel K. Inouye International Airport
If you're planning to stay in Honolulu or Waikiki, you'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and beaches that are walkable or just a quick rideshare away. It's a great option if you want to be in the heart of the action with easy access to everything. But if you're looking for a more relaxing, authentic Hawaiian vibe, we recommend staying on the North Shore or the Windward side of the island. It’s less touristy, more laid-back, and surrounded by natural beauty—from quiet beaches to local food trucks. Just keep in mind, these areas aren’t as walkable, so having a rental car is the way to go. We are working on specific hotel recommendations and potential blocks.
We recommend booking flights 3-6 months in advance for the best deals. Historically, flights tend to be cheaper when booked mid-week (like on a Tuesday or Wednesday), and flying on weekdays can also help you save. For summer weddings, like ours, it's best to book as early as possible since Hawaii is a popular destination. Keep an eye on flight trackers like Google Flights or Hopper to monitor prices and catch deals when they drop! Pro tip: If you can be flexible with your arrival and departure dates, you can often find better rates! Geoff and I fly quite often so we'd be happy to help you find the best flight!

There is uber and local transportation but having a rental car makes it easy to explore the island at your own pace—whether you’re chasing waterfalls, hitting a beach on the other side of the island, or just grabbing poke from a roadside stand. Oʻahu is very easy to drive around, and parking is generally manageable outside of the busy city areas. If you plan to explore beyond Honolulu (you definitely should!), we definitely recommend booking a rental car early, as they tend to go fast!
- Wedding Attire: Light, breathable fabrics (think beachy cocktail vibes). No heels—wedges or flats work best on the grass at Kualoa Ranch. - Sun Protection: Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat (the sun is no joke in Hawaii). - Beach Gear: Swimsuits, cover-ups, flip-flops, and a reusable water bottle. Swim shoes can also be helpful since the sand can be hot and the beaches can be rocky. - Adventure Essentials: Comfortable hiking shoes, waterproof phone case, and a light rain jacket (it’s tropical, expect some sprinkles!). - Welcome Party Outfit: Something fun & festive for our Aloha Welcome Party! If you think it's too much, wear it! The brighter the better :) - Extras: Bug spray, polaroid camera, and a good beach read.
