Allegiant

If traveling from East TN - Allegiant Airlines flies direct from Knoxville to VPS (Destin/Fort Walton) for cheap, and so very easy! All other incoming flights- the closest airport is VPS (Destin/ Fort Walton) however there is also PNS (Pensacola) that’s about the same distance away. If you choose to stay in Destin, you can even look into PCB airport. All are small and easy to navigate :)

Car rentals

We recommend comparing average car rentals like at the airport with the rentals from the app, Turo. Since it’s a smaller town Turo might be a cheaper choice. Definitely compare the two if you are interested in renting a car!
