Our story doesn’t have quite the romantic start like many might assume. We actually met on bumble, a dating app. With our personalities, finding someone worth dating seemed almost impossible without the internet. It led us to each other and we couldn’t be more happier that it did. We spent our first year together long distance, as Savanah was a travel nurse. Through that though we had the amazing opportunity to fall in love while seeing cities and states we had never seen before. Travel actually became our love language. Now that Savanah is permanently back as a staff nurse, we live in a beautiful house in Navarre Florida with our two fur babies, Memphis and Archie. We still have the utmost excitement for travel and truly are one another’s best friend.

For Tony’s birthday this year we decided to go somewhere he had never been but wanted to go, Rather than spend money on a bunch of gifts. So on July 13th 2023 we started our journey, stopping in Jacksonville for a Dierks Bentley and Jordan Davis concert, then went to Savannah for the day on the 14th before heading to Charleston. On July 15th we had planned to visit the Boone Plantation which is just outside of Charleston. All weekend Tony was HOUNDED about how she didn’t think he would ever ask her to marry him. She wanted it to happen on the trip but really didn’t think it would. To her BEST surprise of her life, on the beautiful driveway of the plantation home, Tony asked Savanah to marry him. 100% the best day of our lives so far! The rest of the day we just enjoyed one another and took the day slow. The next and last day we went to Cypress Garden which was where the boat scene was filmed in the Notebook. We had the best day celebrating Tony’s birthday and also us. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.
